Vivente (the "Site") is owned and operated by Bio Trendy S.A. de C.V., with address at P. Simone La Place 6039 COL. Groves Zapopan, Jalisco. One of Vivente's objectives is to protect the Personal Data provided by its Users.

INFORMATION THAT LIVING COLLECTS THROUGH THE SITE

To register on the Site, the User may fill out a registration form or enter through their Facebook or Google account; by doing so, Vivente will obtain the following Personal Data (subject to the User's privacy settings in their public social network profile): full name, date of birth or age range, email address, gender, country and state, occupation , user ID and language.

Vivente will not collect sensitive data whose improper use may give rise to discrimination or entail a serious risk for the Owner of the Personal Data. Data that may reveal aspects such as racial or ethnic origin, health status, genetic information, religious, philosophical and moral beliefs, union affiliation, political opinions and sexual preference are considered sensitive.

PURPOSE

Vivente collects the Personal Data that the Holder registers on the Site with the intention of offering personalized content, sending him promotions related to his interests and changes in the Privacy Notice; as well as to offer you, according to availability, access to promotions and exclusive content (videos, releases, downloads).

By providing Personal Data through our Site, the Owner agrees to know and agree to the terms of this Privacy Notice and expressly consents to the processing of their Personal Data as described in it.

The Site contains hyperlinks or hypertext "links", banners, buttons and search tools that, when pressed or used by Users, direct to other sites owned by third parties, so that the Information that the User provides through those sites is not covered or contemplated by this Privacy Notice and its management or use is not the responsibility of Vivente, so we recommend our Users to check the Privacy Notices displayed or applicable to these third-party sites or portals.

The information that Vivente collects through the Site may be used for commercial purposes, such as providing statistical data (for example: 50% of our users are women) to potential advertisers, sending advertising to Users according to their specific interests, and conducting marketing research or promotions that Vivente deems appropriate. Vivente may also disclose Information when required by law and/or competent authority.

Vivente does not transfer the Personal Data it collects on the Site to any third party.

USE OF COOKIES

A cookie (or computer cookie) is a small piece of information sent by a website and stored in the User's browser, so that the Site can consult the User's activity.
